First they sent a questinoire. Once you submit you will get more personable questions and to submit a video about yourself. So far I have gone through the interview process of this company. They are hiring every day. But I wonder who gets selected to those open roles because it is continuous hiring.

1. Send in a video of you talking about yourself for 2 minutes. Answer some questions about yourself in a text box. 2. Take a 1.5 hour aptitude test that has 0 to do with the role and more to do with memorization. Pretty lame interview process. Try actually speaking with people to get to know them instead of having them speak into a computer for step 1. For step 2 test them with concepts related to the role not some strange archaic aptitude test that takes 1.5 hours.
