I was referred to Plug Power and quickly had an interview with the team. The interview was via video and consisted of 3 employees and myself. It was structured to be very intimidating to a candidate and they constantly interrupted each other. Primarily behavioral questions and hopped around a bunch. They informed me that they wanted me to have another interview which they scheduled. I followed up after the last interview and 3 months later they have never gotten back to me. Extremely poor candidate experience and talent acquisition process for a growing company who is looking to attract top talent. Glad I didn’t get the job.
