It was a thought-out decision. They were honest with what was expected of you and almost tried to talk me out of the position. Overall this was a great process because it made me think hard about if this was a choice I wanted to make

Half effort. Was basic a monkey could have performed interview anybody could be qualified for this job. Complete lack of any management. Lame work environment. Basics followed only . Anything else extra.
