Interview
The Pocket company’s hiring process was rigorous and comprehensive. It included technical interviews, practical assessments, and evaluations of interpersonal skills. Candidates faced stimulating challenges and demonstrated competence in their respective fields.
First step was a screening call with the recruiter. After this, I was given a take home assessment to complete. Then there was an interview to go over the take home assessment.
