It was just an "informal chat" at the Lobby at some quiet time, after the customary coffee offer. Nothing really particular about it: just a one-to-one with someone from the management team.

Tell me about the experiences on your CV (good detail). Did you know about our chain of hotels? Are you a person suited to work night shifts, is that you working at your best?
London. Canary Wharf. I was rejected only because I did not had passport, only ID that is valid and legal in UK for broad use. Never had this problem anywhere else. I even opened up bank account, was working in London for many months, was not new to UK or London at that time. Shocking behaviour.
