Went through a one way video interview for two times having around five behavioral questions even after multiple attempts never heard back from them and never made it to the next step even once after multiple applications.

Interview
I am done only with screening process. Interview will consists of a set of 5 questions for us to answer using camera and microphone. If we don’t have access to computer we can also complete the interview using any smartphone or tablet where they record a video response.

Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and a few days later got an email to fill up a job questionnaire. Then, got an invite for a one-way interview where I was asked 5 pretty standard behavioral questions. I had unlimited time and could re-record each answer 4 times.
I never made it pass this stage. Immediately got a reject the next day.
