I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PointClickCare (Mississauga, ON) in Sept 2024
Interview
One 1 hour interview with two developers. Mix of behavioural and technical. They started by asking me to introduce myself, talk about a project I worked on (which they asked me to go into detail on), how I learn things, and describe a problem I overcame in a previous co-op. They then asked me the egg drop problem (you can find online by looking up egg drop dynamic programming) and explain my answer verbally. Then we went into a leetcode question for the last 15 minutes which was bascially valid parentheses but you only have to worry about round brackets.

Question 1
tell us about yourself, leetcode valid parentheses
It was very good, not much coding focus. It's mainly on Java OOP and general software engineering principles. Try to explain concepts using whiteboard or tools beyond words. That does a lot!

Interview
Very behavioural focused with one easy leetcode at the end. I think they just care about resume more than anything. Be relaxed and be prepared to answer the same old behavioural questions as most companies.
