I was recruited through an online job board. They first sent me an email to set up a one interview. The phone interview was fairly quick and just provided basic information. After I went in for one on one interview and field test.

After applying online you get a phone call where they ask a few questions and they setup an online video interview. After that, you are invited in to shadow an employee for a day. Dress nicely and be energetic and enthusiastic!

Heard back after sending my resume within a week time. Very friendly people. Pretty basic questions. Just make sure to look good and be enthusiastic. They were very receptive to questions about the job and business.
