HR asked me to reach at 12:30PM for interview but no interview was conducted till 5:30PM, there was no communication either by what time I will be called-in for first round of face to face interview, HR was just busy in sorting and mixing candidate's resume then again sorting of resumes while all candidates were watching him patiently doing this juggling.
I was lucky that my first F2F interview took place after 5 hrs of wait (ha ha ha) while some other poor candidates I interacted while waiting were waiting since 10:00 AM but still no interview was conducted and no information from HR as well.
They all were sitting quietly and staring HR for his mismanagement.
Very poor management by HR, they should have increased number of interview panelists based on the number of candidates they have called-in/expecting for interview.
After a wait of 5 hrs, a short technical interview in which interviewer was more interested in knowing if he applies for job with your current employer what are his chances of getting recruited and how much package he can ask for... No technical discussion at all....???? did I come for this and was it worth waiting for 5 hrs for such an interview, what a waste of time.
Second round of face to face interview was more pathetic than first one, a director was trying to understand your profile and technical expertise without listening to what you are saying. In between sometimes turning pages of your resumes and asking nothing.
Getting an offer letter will be a miracle if it comes to you within 30 days of interview and you have to followup alot with HR for getting your well deserved offer letter, real testing of your patience since it is for sure that you will be not getting any response for your 8 attempts out of 10.
Not a wise decision to give this company your time by appearing for an interview.
