Open Recruitment day to ease the potential new starters in. Wonderful environment. Called in for 2nd interview not long after. The staff was lovely, and Vikki sold the job to me. Everyone was so easy to talk to and very welcoming to me and all the other attendees.

2 stage interview i met firstly with the recruiter who was lovely then i met with 2 managers who helped me understand the job role clearly and were very welcoming

A very grown and very sensible interview. Head of the relevant department and my would be TL lead the interview. I was asked some standard interview questions and then did some call listening with an existing member of staff. Afterwards, I went on to partake in a telephone roleplay. Then I got some feedback and asked if I had any questions.
