The person I spoke with was very kind and friendly. I was not nervous at all. It seems that the interviewer was working from home because it’s done through Zoom

Interview
They expected the skills of a fully credentialed teacher with lots of classroom management experience. This is unreasonable for only $16-$18 part-time. They should not waste your time applying if you do not have a teaching credential.
