They asked me about what motivated to apply for the company and I told them about my past experience as an Instrument Mechanics in Cement Factory. I describe how I use to calibrate load cells under Belt Conveyors and they were automatically convince that I really work in Cement manufacturing industry. Since they work on designing Mineral industry, they filled I am the right candidate
