The interview was pretty thorough. There were multiple interviewers. There weren’t too many surprise questions, so just prepare and know what you want to highlight about yourself professionally. The engineering assessment was pretty simple.
There was a phone screening, then an in-person interview with a group, then a tour of the facility. The interview was one-on-one with the supervisor for a bit then with the rest of the team that I would be working with.

Took 2 and a half hours. Met with each department head and Co-CEOs in 30 minute segments, then had an engineering assessment for basic Microsoft Office, Solidworks, and Thought Process sections.
