      I interviewed at Poo~Pourri (Usāwān)

      Interview

The process was quite engaging and insightful. It started with a phone screening where the recruiter asked me about my background and why I was interested in the position. I was able to share my experience with [mention a relevant project, skill, or achievement] which seemed to resonate well with them. The next step was a technical interview where I was asked to solve some real-world problems related to the job. It was challenging but enjoyable because it allowed me to showcase my problem-solving skills. I appreciated the interviewer’s approach, which was very conversational rather than a rigid Q&A, and they gave me plenty of time to think through my answers. Finally, there was a culture fit interview with a few team members. It was more informal, focusing on how I would collaborate within a team and how my values aligned with the company's mission. Overall, I felt the process was thorough and fair, and it gave me a deeper understanding of the role and the company’s culture. I’m really excited about the opportunity and hope to hear back soon!
