Poolhouse interview questions

Very conversational. Asked great questions, that led to further conversation. Very relational and made you feel extremely comfortable. Very honest about where they're at and where they see themselves. They made it obvious that they knew each other and loved each other as a team.

Casual meet and greet, talked about a recently open position. They are new in my city and very small (~20 person shop). They don't have any major accounts yet and they seem to mostly exist off of political advertisements in DC.
