They reached out relatively fast after I applied. They set up the usual phone screen and it was extremely short. The recruiter I was emailing with was very casual, almost too casual. It was very interesting that on the initial phone call they told me the salary was a firm $50k and asked if that was acceptable. It almost seemed like an interview question to see hoe you would handle it.
Poppin had a very seamless interview process. I spoke with 3 different people in person, and they were all different types of conversations. All were super conversational, which I liked, rather than back and forth Q&A.
it was roughly a 4 week period. phone interview, which was a quick 30 minute screening, assignment, and two in person interviews. each in person interview lasted about one hour.
