I had an initial interview that wend pretty well. The questions were straightforward and general. The second interview was more specific to project management skills and the role in itself. The whole process was about three weeks before I was offered the position.

Thoughtful questions, relevant to daily tasks and management preferences. Asked about my management style, communication style, conflict resolution, etc. Did 2 rounds of interviews, one group and one with two managers.

Intense, made it through three rounds to a written and budget “exam” and then company completely ghosted me. I reached out and was told I’d receive more info about next steps and never heard anything again.
