The scheduling was flexible and accommodating. The interview occurred at the main office. The interview was with the manager. He was kind and welcoming, asked relevant questions (experience, ability to learn the job, confirming availability for scheduling and location logistics. I did not experience a lot of behavioral-based questions), and explained information about the company and job site. the interview lasted about 20 minutes.

After describing the job duties, location, and schedule, the interviewer asked questions about my ability to meet the scheduling/location needs, confirmed what parts of the job I already know how to do, and discussed ways they could support learning the parts I did not.
