I completed an initial virtual interview a few months ago. It was very straightforward and professional. They asked a series of relevant questions, with the information available in the chat. We had a couple minutes at the end for questions and they were very responsive. I wasn't selected but it seemed like a professionally run process.

Straight forward and decently causal. The folks there were very welcoming and patient. Although I interviewed 3 times, I believe the fact that I interviewed 3 times showed persistence and that I truly did want the position.
