PortaOne interview questions

I've had a short pre-screening interview with the head of development. There was little-to-no common smalltalk like company presentation or shown interest in my previous experience. Actually, one of the very first things I was asked was about my readiness to lower my salary expectations. Then there were couple of technical questions about particular command-line tools in Linux and network stack. Due to the absence of friendliness and respect to the candidate I've declined to proceed further.

I had a phone screening. The recruiter without any technical background asked me 20 questions about Linux and general networking. I was surprised she didn't describe me anything about their company or pylosohy. Even though I pass to the stage I decided not to due this circumstance.
