At Portland we conduct a thorough recruitment process, not only to find exceptional candidates for our roles but to give those candidates every opportunity to learn about the role and our business before committing to a role with us. Throughout our recruitment process, candidates are interviewed and assessed by at least three members of the team. All candidates for the Office Manager role have followed the same recruitment process: an initial interview with our Recruitment Executive over Teams, a Teams interview with myself (as Line Manager for this position), followed by job-related assessments and an in-person interview with members of our Leadership Team. The Office Manager role is a crucial role within our organisation and works closely with various members of the Leadership Team, hence including them in the recruitment process.
