Portland Community College interview questions

Virtual interview with hiring manager and team member followed by an in-person with same two people. Overall it was fine. They were nice. They didn't seem impressed with some of my experience the first time so I was surprised when they invited me in again. I suspected the pay would have been too low. The office building was also extremely depressing and looked like it hadn't been updated since 1982 (thankfully there was WFH flexibility).

Brief conversation on the phone. I was asked how I would handle certain classroom situations - like how I would make sure that I gave ample attention to all students.
