It was one of the fastest and transparent interviews I've ever come across. The HR was very communicative, through emails and calls. The entire interview process of 4 rounds and to hiring took about a week's time and none of it was confusing or vague. It was a pleasant experience.

Smooth & Supportive Process - My interview journey at Posha was one of the smoothest I’ve had. From the very beginning, the HR team ensured I felt comfortable and supported. The HR was extremely understanding and accommodating, even taking time to chat casually with me just to ease my nervousness.
Well-Organized Rounds - All my interview rounds were conducted on time and in a well-structured manner. I was also given ample time to prepare for each stage, which made the process feel fair and transparent.
Manager & Co-founder Interactions - My conversations with both my manager and the co-founder were light-hearted and engaging. Instead of being overly formal, the discussions focused more on what I could bring to the table, my approach to problem-solving, and how solution-oriented I am. Both interactions felt more like meaningful one-on-one conversations where we discussed not just work, but also life and experiences.
Overall Impression - The entire process was smooth, supportive, and people-focused. Kudos to the hiring team!
