Most of the communication took place via email.
First Round:
A brief phone screening where they discussed basic information and assigned me an assessment. The task involved performing a failure analysis / creating an SOP for a breast pump machine.
Second Round:
A technical interview that covered fundamental concepts and included a detailed discussion of the assignment I had submitted.
Third Round:
A behavioural interview where they evaluated cultural fit and confirmed my comfort with the offered salary, relocation, and other role-related expectations.
