You submit your initial application and wait to hear from them. Then, you conduct Video interview where you record yourself and answer questions. Pretty straight forward and they got back to me within two weeks

Questions about your clinical approach and experience
Received an offer the same day I applied, interview was self-paced and very easy! I was contacted by a regional coordinator within a week or so, and was able to start with a client within 2 weeks.
Phone call interview was done. Was formal but staff was warm and kind during the process. Next steps included waiting on a follow up from the call. I felt the questions were appropriate and insightful
It was a phone interview with the regional coordinator of my region. It was an easy process. Not very stressful at all, it was like having a conversation with a friend more than an interview.
