Calming and easy, I wasn’t bombarded with questions and I was given time to answer the interview for me was a learning experience for me too because I was taught what I didn’t answer right

The interview process was really nice and straight forward. I felt really comfortable with how I was welcomed and really felt listened to throughout my interview. I feel like it's great that part of the interview includes interacting with the service users as it gives them the opportunity to be involved in the employment process which I feel is extremely important.
