The interview process was in the format of small groups with 1-2 employers asking questions that you have about 1 minute to answer. You then have the option to ask questions in a large group with all the other applicants

Virtual group interview with about 20 other candidates. The first part was them providing information on the organization and the opportunity. They then broke us up into break out rooms. You had about 30 seconds to reply to their question before it was another candidates turn.
The first round was a group interview with nearly 30 other interviewees. If you are not familiar with Posse and their process, this may be a bit off-putting. Fortunately, I am a Posse Scholar, so I was very familiar with the exercises they were using. We went into breakout rooms and answer timed questions about who we are and how we work. It was a fun experience overall.
