Interview
It was all over video call as expected due to covid. There are 5 total interviews recruiter then 4 various management/executive titles. Interviews were short.
The reason I chose to end up writing the review for a couple of reasons. 1. Don’t say on the the last interview that the recruiter will be reaching out to you to talk about the next steps if it isn’t true. 2. You shouldn’t just completely ghost candidates after putting them through 5 interviews and 3 tests. I don’t care if I wasn’t going to get it, I’m an adult, but if that’s how you treat prospective candidates then you need to rethink your culture and who you have doing the hiring.

Question around coaching. Question about tying your experience to the role. Nothing out of the ordinary.
The hiring process was thorough and quick. It went well and the owner seemed to care a lot about her business as well as the people that she was interviewing.

Interview
The process was straight forward. I came in to meet with the marketing director and met the team. The interview was informal and not really structured at all. I felt very comfortable throughout.
