The recruiter called for pre-screen. Started from the fact that she was late and did not know how to use skype. It was clear she has no clue about the real needs of the position and just went over the list of technologies asking irrelevant idiotic questions. She ended the interview with a sales pitch of the company's services. Never came back with any answer if they want to proceed.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Postmates (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Very unprofessional. Recruiter hung up on me during the phone interview and never got back.
It was a standards 30 min HR screening call. 10 minutes into the call the recruiter said "hello" a few times and hung up on me as if he was loosing his connection. I instinctively though that he was faking it. I never got a call back and I tried calling back after a few minutes just in case but was forwarded to voice mail. The recruiter did not contact me again using any other means.
I'm guessing he didn't like my salary expectation but this is very unprofessional way to handle the interview even if he though it was waste of his time. There are lot of bad reviews here and they had some layoff just last month. This is definitely not the way to handle recruiting specially when the company is not in such a good spot. His actions speaks so much about the company culture. I would say stay away from this company it's not worth even doing that initial 30 min call.
