The interview process is somewhat lengthy but very welcoming. The take-home challenge was reasonable, totally achievable, and highlighted my qualities and where I need to work on my skills. I just find the number of interviews a tad too much, but considering that they will sponsor my visa and pay for relocation costs, it is reasonable to have a lengthy process
