Submitted application..process took about a month. Received a call from the director to set up a interview. Went the next day and interview lasted about 30 minutes at a local restaurant. Had a second interview with regional director the next day. Received a call a day later offering position, but had to wait a month to start training

Interview
A phone interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. Followed by a face to face interview with two Area Directors that was held in the morning and I was requested to "work through lunch" as an observation. I was made an offer, I negotiated. They pushed the process back to the interview phase where I interviewed a 3rd time with one Area Director and his boss.
