All of the staff members I interviewed with were warm and welcoming. The candidacy experience was excellent! Having participated in other interview processes recently, the experience at Potomac stood out in all of the best ways. Throughout the process, the Chief of Staff was transparent and open to answering my questions. I felt valued for what I could bring to the role. I also felt that they respected and appreciated my desire to learn and grow and would have provided the space for me to do that.
I ended up having another opportunity emerge during the hiring process and made the difficult decision to pursue that instead. However, Potomac will be a company I pay close attention to. The timing wasn't right for me now, but I hope another opportunity presents itself to join the team in the future.
