Very simple. Did everything over the phone as I was living in a different city at the time. Very generic interview questions. Very casual. The manager was very friendly and personable.

Process was standard for interview process. It started with an HR email, then with an HR call, then interview with the team. 2 weeks process. Did not hear back after that.

Interview
The interview process is comfortable and friendly. Very much a respectful environment. I felt they truly cared about how passionate I am for the furniture industry, and wanted to know what my ambitions are so that they could project a plan of growth opportunity for me within the company. It's good to see a company with an internal hiring mindset.
