basic questions tell me about yourself etc nothing complex but some seem questions irrelevant, one question asking aboyt how poundland can be more environmentally friendly which seemed irrelevant to the job role
Asks about previous retail experience and you’re availability. Also asked if I was able to work under pressure as it gets super busy at times, especially christmas.
Overall pretty easy interview
It was very relaxed, more interested in learning about you than your experience.
Very friendly, and personable. made the values of the store clear, letting you know exactly what the working experience would be like.
