Power Construction interview questions

I’ve had 3 in person interviews and the last interview with an HR person wasn’t aligned with the previous 2. The questions were outrageous and the person interviewing was lacking experience.

Phone screen with recruiter, followed by virtual meeting with hiring VP shortly after initial call. Invite to main office for first round of in-person interviews + lunch with hiring VP. Invited back for another round of interviews with key stakeholders.
