I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power Design (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was reached out via LinkedIn by Colin Stag a recruiter of Power Design. He came across my profile and asked me if I was interested in a Bilingual IT Support Technician role at Power Design. I did my research on Power Design and became quite interested in learning more about the company. The next step was a phone interview with Amber Jansen the Leading Recruiter. The phone interview went well as I matched the qualifications for the job position. I then was able to secure an onsite interview with the IT Manager and IT Director. The interview was pretty much all about getting to know me, my background and my experience. I also had the opportunity to ask questions. After the interview was over, I was given a tour of the grid. I was really impressed! The interview process ended with an Interview with the CIO ten days later. This was another interview where I was given an opportunity to have the CIO get to know me better and to also find out the EXPECTATIONS. Everyone was very nice and helpful during the interview process!
