I was contacted via LinkedIn and informed that the interview process would be simple, lasting about 2 weeks. I had an initial interview with Talent Acquisition (entirely in English) and the same day I was sent an unpaid test to complete within 2 weekdays.
The assignment was fairly simple but I invested my time and submitted it on time. I was approved for a second interview, which I completed with a manager. The same day, I received an update and was scheduled for a final interview.
However, the day before the final interview, it was canceled without any explanation. After asking for clarification, I was told I would receive further instructions. Three days later, I was informed that the process would not continue.
Overall, this was a significant waste of time and demonstrated a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
