The process was very laid back. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the interview. I could sense a good energy in the office almost immediately. My interviewer was I guy I could see myself working for.

Are you prepared to knock on homeowner's doors and generate appointments in order to make sales?
They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.
