Interview
After applying, I had a phone interview to see if I was considered for a face-to-face interview. If you move on, the first interview is more catered to getting to know you on a personal and professional level. If you are chosen for a second interview, the focus is more on your future duties and responsibilities as a marketer within the department. In addition, there may be follow up questions from the previous interview(s).
It was easy and good people. Everyone was welcoming. Young group of people. I enjoyed my time there and enjoyed everyone that I did work with. I would recommend to young people out of college.

Interview
Sit down and watch a video about the company for a few minutes. Interviewer comes in and then asks you questions about your experience. Easy first interview, second interview you come in and go into more depth about your skills and why you would be a good fit at Power.
Two interviews that included speaking iwth direct reports and discussing goal and experiences. Was done within 1 week and offer was included. I think that is all, kinda crazy this needs to be 30 words or exist at all.
