It was very average, showed you the structure of the pay for the organization and how you would align or not. The manager spoke the whole time and threw out a few questions here and there.
First you get a phone interview. They explain the position and explain the position well. Then you’ll have a in person interview. The interview process is fairly easy if you’ve been in sales before.

Interview process was pretty standard. They really give you a feel for the company. Expect to be asked questions on how you would handle certain situations. There will be plenty of videos and plenty of chances to ask a lot of questions, especially if you are new to sales.
