The interview process was thorough and inciteful. It was nice to meet every one of the VP's operating the location before reaching negotiation. There were several phases to the hiring process including phone interviews recruitment reps and multiple interviews with different managers.
First you get a phone interview. They explain the position and explain the position well. Then you’ll have a in person interview. The interview process is fairly easy if you’ve been in sales before.

3 levels - phone, zoom, and in person. The first 2 levels serve mainly to screen you and confirm interest, while the third is where you are evaluated by an office director.

Interview process was pretty standard. They really give you a feel for the company. Expect to be asked questions on how you would handle certain situations. There will be plenty of videos and plenty of chances to ask a lot of questions, especially if you are new to sales.
