After that, they came back to me to do a personality test and a culture fit survey. So two substantial surveys to understand where your head is at and whether or not its the right company.
I had a call with the head of HR and then I had a call with my hiring manager on the operations side. Both calls were very conversational with some of the usual questions. Both calls only lasted around 30 minutes.
