There was an initial cognitive and personality assessment, then a phone interview, followed by re-taking the cognitive assessment while being observed, and then an in-person interview. Everyone was amazingly nice, and corporate recruiters are great at what they do. The interviewers for Tier 1 in particular were so warm and friendly, and the phone interview ended up taking almost an hour. The cognitive assessment is a point of contention for some people, but you can re-take it after some months if you want a chance to apply again.
