The interview process mostly consisted of behavioral questions as well as general experiential questions and did not focus on technical skills. The interview was conducted virtually and lasted about forty five minutes.

Wonderful Interview process. I was really given a full view of the companies style, problems, outlook and expectations. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Had a great conversation with upper management and was given a walk through of the complex.

I went through a recruiter to interview with Powercon. The process was extremely smooth. Went through the phone interview with recruiter. Initially it was a contract to hire position. Then Mike Hattan made an offer to bring me on permanent. Mike Hattan was a very pleasant person to know.
