I had applied online and received a reply from the recruiter within two days. There were two initial phone screens; one with the recruiter and one with the person I would be working with. I was then asked if I could come in for a one-on-one interview the following week. The interview consisted of me meeting with three different people, and I also received a tour of the office. The interviews lasted about an hour, and I was told at the end of the interview that I would be contacted within 24 hours regarding next steps. Sure enough, I was contacted the next day and was asked to do a third phone screening, this time with the CEO. A day after the phone screen with the CEO, I was contacted by the recruiter and was told that I received the job. The hiring/interviewing process is quick and efficient, and everyone was responsive to any e-mails that I had sent them.
The people I had interviewed with were very laid-back and fun to talk to. You can tell that culture is screened very tightly here, as every person I talked to emphasized the importance of culture and whether or not prospective employees would be a good fit. It seems that if you want to work here, you should be bubbly and talkative, and you should be able to get along well with your interviewers.
