The interviewers are haphazard and disorganized. They contacted me last-minute to schedule an interview. I accepted, and it was a standard first-round interview. They asked to schedule something the next day. I accepted again, then they contacted me saying they have to cancel late at night. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just "we have to cancel". Very unprofessional. I'm glad they cancelled - I'd rather take my experience and expertise to a company that shows basic courtesy to others.
