Future candidates should clarify the expected time commitment and ownership of submitted work before starting.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Practice by Numbers
Interview
Very straightforward and easy to navigate overall. The process was simple and efficient, with three rounds led by different leaders, which gave great perspective. Communication was clear and timely—they provided quick responses and never left me hanging. Everyone was approachable, easy to talk to, and genuinely nice throughout the entire experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Practice by Numbers (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2025

Recruiter approached via cold email, and initial screening on call regarding experience and skill match.
After that a high level design interview was scheduled on zoom. The interviewee was very experienced guy.
