Interview
An Initial HR round, Followed by submitting a Case Study and then Another Round of Interview on Call. The Interview was with the Sales Head for the Sales Profile. HR was very Helpful in solving my Queries.
Easy to crack when attended the interview in chennai for the role of area manager and question was very predictable and easy to answer and crack the interview. There where three rounds. All three rounds where easy.

Interview
Had the interview process with the AVP of the organization. Was recruited when the company was in the initial stage of expansion and had focussed in Tier 2 Markets.
The interview was more about the sales process and understanding of the industry you were working in.
