1. HR recruitment screening - asks questions about undergrad studies, specialties, and gauge of interest in company.
2. Conference call with 4-5 people (2 months after screening call)
- panel of roughly 4-5 people all asking questions about leadership qualities, problem based questions (recall a time...), and interest in the product at Pratt
3.Call with hiring department manager
This was mostly a call to orient department needs and communicate what they were looking for. I mentioned I can add a lot of value to some of their current needs ( analyzing engine data, automating pricing invoices) given my experience working as an analyst for a different company.
4. Offer Call - accepted position and thoroughly enjoyed time with company.
