The initial interview was on site at my college. It was personality type questions and also questions to help understand the program. A few months later there was an onsite visit. The onsite visit was an interview with the program manager, a manager in the area you might work in, and lunch with employees currently in the program. You will also get a shop tour.

Participated in a Superday event where I was interviewed by four different engineers/hiring managers. After interviews concluded the prospective candidates were taken on a tour of the manufacturing facility to understand the product flow and the nature of the MED job.
